The total time, which is recommended to allocate for this slimming diet is 20-25 days, since it requires a competent way of exiting it.

MAIN RULES

  1. The maximum period of the yogurt diet is 7 days;
  2. Fat is burned due to the consumption of low calorie foods;
  3. In a week, you can lose 7 kg of excess weight;
  4. Despite strict limitations, this is not a mono-diet;
  5. In addition to yogurt, the diet includes other low-calorie foods, as well;
  6. Diet exiting process is smooth, allowing you not to gain excess weight back, with restrictions on the consumption of sweet, fatty, and baked goods;
  7. You can repeat this diet once a year.

WHICH YOGURT TO CHOOSE

The main ingredient of the diet should be high-quality, better if produced in accordance with the state standards. 100 g of this product contains 2.8 g of protein, and 0.5% – 2.8% of fat. The CFU (colony-forming units) in this sour-milk drink should not be less than 107 units, and 104 units – if it is made on a yeast starter.

Bio-yogurt is made on another ferment. It contains bifidobacteria and acidophilus rods, which provide a positive effect over the digestive tract. The freshness of yogurt is an important aspect, since it loses most of the lactic acid bacteria by day 3-4. Yogurt with a long shelf life contains many preservatives to extend its shelf life.

You can diversify your diet with the following products:

  • Oat flakes, buckwheat, boiled on the water;
  • Low-fat beef and veal, white meat and fish;
  • Prunes, dried apricots;
  • Non-sweet pears, apples, citrus fruits;
  • Vegetables (tomatoes, green beans, sauerkraut, cucumbers);
  • Low-fat cottage cheese;
  • Herbal tea, mineral non-carbonated water in unlimited quantities.

Products that you are not allowed to consume:

  • Fatty meat and fish, semi-finished products;
  • Bread, pastries;
  • Sugar and sweets;
  • Tea, coffee;
  • Grapes, bananas.

MENU OF THE BASIC YOGURT DIET FOR 7 DAYS

Day 1

  • 5 liters of yogurt and 0.4 kg of boiled potatoes are divided into 3 meals.
  • In the evening, you can have a green apple and a glass of low-fat drinking yogurt;

Day 2

  • 5 liters of yogurt and 0.4 kg of low-fat cottage cheese are divided into 3 meals,
  • In the morning, have a glass of non-sweet tea or coffee and add 2 tablespoons of sour cream to your cottage cheese;

Day 3

  • 5 liters of yogurt and 0.4 kg of any allowed fruit for the whole day,
  • In the morning, you can have an egg and drink herbal tea;

Day 4

  • 5 liters of yogurt and 0.4 kg of boiled chicken breast with a minimum amount of salt;

Day 5

  • Repeat the menu of day 3;

Day 6

  • Fast day, when you can have non-carbonated water only.
  • In extreme cases, you are allowed to have 400 ml of yogurt;

Day 7

  • Repeat the menu of day 3.

For exiting the diet correctly, it is recommended to abstain for a while from fried, smoked food and pastries. The best are light vegetable decoctions, then transparent soups.

MENU OF THE “HUNGRY” YOGURT DIET FOR 7 DAYS

In this case, the amount of yogurt goes up to 2 liters per day, and the share of additional products decreases by 4 times, down to 100 g.

MENU OF APPLE AND YOGURT DIET FOR 7 DAYS

Contraindication for this strict slimming diet is the increased gastric acidity. For each of the six meals, the dieter should consume 200 ml of yogurt and one apple.

Another option:

  • 3 days in a row, 1.5 liters of yogurt a day;
  • 3 days in a row, 1.5 kg of apples;
  • 3 days in a row, 1.5 liters of yogurt a day.

*In addition, you can drink only plain water. Apples for both variants can be baked with 1 tsp. honey, or grated and mixed with yogurt.
